NFT marketplace Auclantis open-sourced StarkNet React, a library to connect StarkNet to React applications.
Terabethia, a bridge protocol between Ethereum and the Internet Computer, has released v2 of their testnet bridge, leveraging StarkNet to relay messages more efficiently.
sam released a proof-of-concept package manager for Cairo contracts/libraries.
Governance
StarkNet held its first ever Core Devs Call on Feb 10th to discuss changes and updates to the protocol. A recording of the call can be viewed here.
